Hi not sure what was wrong with the bed, All guest are encourage to come to the desk to report any issues. I have no idea what room this was for. Also we are a extended stay hotel and people do cook and there is a smoking floor. Unfortunately, we may always be successful at getting rid of smells do the consistent use of stoves and people smoking, but we do spray air fresher.
