DONT STAY HERE It was horrible we booked for one week and we only stayed one day because it was so dirty and had bugs. We talked to the manager in the morning and he was so rude. He said we had 20min to leave hotel or he would call police. I still have not received no refund. Dont stay at this hotel.

Horrible guest service no one ever at desk

This was the utmost worst experience ever. I plan on calling corporate headquarters ASAP. This hotel deserves the one star the have on reviews, if I were Expedia I would consider taking them off of my site.the staff is unprofessional working in pajama attire and not only that we waited 30 mins before being helped because no one was there. Fine whatever rough start, then during our stay the hotel was doing upgrades or maintenance which is fine but when they knock on your door at 7am to do the construction while your in the ro... read more

Never again Sold my house and had to stay a week in a hotel which I chose Woodsprings ATB. I’m really not in the mood to give all the details except for the uncleanliness (urine on the floor by the toilet for just one example) and also the smell of raw sewage that filled my room particularly.

The hotel was suppose to clean every 2 weeks but didn’t

FRONT DESK STAFF IS HORRIABLE The front desk staff is the VERY WORST!! So Rude.

Not the best part of town! Not in the best part of town. We were first sent a room already occupied. Decided to part out front after going to the back side of the hotel and seeing a car on four blocks. In the morning we saw someone changing clothes after spending the night in the parking lot and then as we were leaving walked out of the front door to someone using the bathroom in the parking lot.
