Unfriendly staff

Please don’t bother with this location. This was not an attractive venue, and the room was so bad that I didn’t stay. I have never been in a room that terrible in my life, and I’m in the military and travel a lot, so that’s saying something. The floor was sticky, the bed looked dirty, sad and felt as though it would break immediately, and even the walls looked dirty. How does that happen? Horrible rude unprofessional I did not stay there because they had no room for me when i arrived

Wouldn’t recommend No one is at check in desk after 8:00 pm! No remote in room. Took forever looking for employee. Floor was dirty. Seat on toilet was very loose. No hand towels in room. Looked like someone had been sitting on the bed. Noisy

Worst hotel experience. We got there late at night. As soon as we entered the room we could smell weed. The floors looked dirty. My daughter killed a roach that was crawling across the floor. We were also told there would be no water from 8am - to 5pm. When we woke up my daughter had a roach on her head! We decided to leave.

DONT STAY HERE It was horrible we booked for one week and we only stayed one day because it was so dirty and had bugs. We talked to the manager in the morning and he was so rude. He said we had 20min to leave hotel or he would call police. I still have not received no refund. Dont stay at this hotel.

This was the utmost worst experience ever. I plan on calling corporate headquarters ASAP. This hotel deserves the one star the have on reviews, if I were Expedia I would consider taking them off of my site.the staff is unprofessional working in pajama attire and not only that we waited 30 mins before being helped because no one was there. Fine whatever rough start, then during our stay the hotel was doing upgrades or maintenance which is fine but when they knock on your door at 7am to do the construction while your in the ro... read more
