This was the utmost worst experience ever. I plan on calling corporate headquarters ASAP. This hotel deserves the one star the have on reviews, if I were Expedia I would consider taking them off of my site.the staff is unprofessional working in pajama attire and not only that we waited 30 mins before being helped because no one was there. Never again Sold my house and had to stay a week in a hotel which I chose Woodsprings ATB. I’m really not in the mood to give all the details except for the uncleanliness (urine on the floor by the toilet for just one example) and also the smell of raw sewage that filled my room particularly.

Not the best part of town! Not in the best part of town. We were first sent a room already occupied. Decided to part out front after going to the back side of the hotel and seeing a car on four blocks. In the morning we saw someone changing clothes after spending the night in the parking lot and then as we were leaving walked out of the front door to someone using the bathroom in the parking lot.

Bad hotel BED BUGS... I did Not stay there. The bed was covered with bed bugs. BED BUGS... Busy. Had a lot of traffic. People was coming and going the whole time I was there.

Didnt get to stay forgot to cancel never got a refund guy at the front desk was rude when i tried calling said he didnt have time for me and hung up
