Did not replace towels, no shampoo, soap, did not clean room, construction everywhere, called maintenance when sink exploded, they were not able to come out ( it was 4:30 pm). Doors slamming everyday and night. I could go on, trust me don’t stay here. Pay a little extra and get some rest.

Wouldn’t recommend The hotel is under construction, not a big deal, but it was a mess to walk through even in the night. The attendant that checked us in was sleeping in her room and came to the window in her pajamas, we had to call to get her to the desk to get checked in. The floor in the room was greasy and dirty. There were 2 towel and that was it.

There was nothing good about this place! Our room had bugs and gross stuff in the bed, trash all over our room. They have refused to give me a refund for the room. Instead they asked if they could clean the room for us and we could still stay there. Terrible place to stay and even worse customer service.

This experience was so horrible. We came in to check-in the clerk wasn’t there. Window was locked. Called someone they checked us in . Whent to our rooms. Hotel halls reeked of strong weed smell. Many states legalizing so didn’t think anything about it. When we were falling asleep there was banging on the walls loud like someone was throwing furniture around. Hello, anyone here..?!? Arrived to check in at 11pm no one was there. Called customer service, they said someone would be there in 30 min. No one arrived. I had to find another hotel. If the budget is that low where a night attendant can’t be afforded, then it’s time to look at other occupations.

This was not what I expected at all. The walls were so thin, you could hear people slamming room doors and the place smelled horrible. The hallway had an odor that took your breath away. The bathroom had an itty bitty piece of soap. I bring my own, but, if I hadn’t, I would have had to go and buy some. There was no shampoo or conditioner, once again, I bring my own.
