I liked how friendly the front desk, Jennifer, was to me and my guest checking in. I also liked the cleanliness of the hotel. However, I disliked the quality of bedding and mattress, very hard to sleep on what felt like hardened styrofoam

The front desk was very nice and helpful. But we checked in after hrs and had to call a number for her to come downstairs and check us in.

Maintenance not acceptable I had to report to the front desk the fact that the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor two days in a row. The floor was very dirty. I bought a Swifter and used an entire box of pads to get it cleaned. Noisey neighbor s that enjoyed slamming their door was not pleasant. Everything else was sufficient.

Time well spent in Norman, Oklahoma. I could not find a suitable hotel/motel in Norman close to Oklahoma U. So I searched and found Woodspring Suites a few miles from campus and priced reasonably. I was totally satisfied with all of the facilities and the great staff members.

Basic Needs Very basic room. Not even an ice machine or shampoo/conditioner. Staff was nice but I won't stay there again.
