Did not really like the fact that cleaning was not done in over a week I stayed, I had to go to the front desk for extra restroom supplies.

The room overall was nice, there were just minor things that would have bothered me more if I had stayed longer than a night. For instance, the room was a suite with a stove, cabinets and a refrigerator, but absolutely no utensils were included in the suite. No plates, pans, coffee makers, anything really. All of that was an additional charge for purchase at the front desk. I didn't need to use any of that, but for a hotel set up to host long-term guests, this seemed particularly deficient.

We offer additional service package options. Picture not worth a thousand words Hotel pictures appear to be very nice but in reality not so much. No coffee maker, blow dryer, conditionerand extra towels cost a fee? Bed mattress not comfortable and had to find the center to not roll to the side.
