I felt everything was normal and nothing special in Oklahoma city and the all hotels is expensive for Oklahoma city i dont understand why

Hotel smelled “off”. Bathroom had bugs. No shampoo in bathroom and only one small soap. Walls are paper thin. No desk clerk at night. Oh and the remote control was just a little stickier than I care for. Hotel seemed to have a lot of permanent residents as well.

Took almost an hour to check in with 4 kids in the car, and the room above me sounded like WrestleMania all night

This property did not advertise on travelocity that it was an extended stay facility. My first two credit charges were double billed because the desk staff have not been trained to properly interface the system. The first room assign was infested with roaches. The exchanged room was not thoroughly cleaned. Even to the point the freezer held raw meet open in the freezer,shelf, other grocery items from previous occupants, a dresser drawer filled with some type of filth, and the floor headboard, and air unit was dirty with scat... read more

Bad service. The floor I was on was non smoking, but you couldn’t breathe from all the cigarette smoke in the air.
