Beware at check in and make the your room is clean We arrived and checked in. There was no one at the counter but someone arrived after the call and was pleasant. However the room they gave us had not been cleaned at all, floors dirty, linens used, no toiletries, etc. We called the front desk and they said they would bring us linens. We left and returned late that night to only find new towels. We had to call a corporate number and they were not pleasant and we finally got clean linens we had to put on the bed ourselves, we ... read more
One of the Room which we got was on 4th floor, > windows were open and lot of dust in the room, smoke smell. > Blinds in the room were not working, we have to keep open the window, lot of light was coming in the room during the night time. > Not able to close the room door fully and smoke smell is coming in the room all night.
The hotel was close to the interstate and it was easy to get around to the places I wanted to go. Unfortunately, the room was not clean with dust everywhere and the bathroom was filthy.
Sink was flooded and was never fixed, service can be much better
This the worst experience coming from out of town. I arrived early room wasn’t clean housekeeping cleaned within 15mins it couldn’t been sanitize and deodorizer. The noise the dog smell is ridiculous the front door is unlocked safety is definitely a issue. This property needs to do better. I wish I could’ve got a refund I was only there for a week but I’m visiting til July 30
