Sink was flooded and was never fixed, service can be much better

This the worst experience coming from out of town. I arrived early room wasn’t clean housekeeping cleaned within 15mins it couldn’t been sanitize and deodorizer. The noise the dog smell is ridiculous the front door is unlocked safety is definitely a issue. This property needs to do better. I wish I could’ve got a refund I was only there for a week but I’m visiting til July 30

It was dirty and not well maintained

We were out in a room that had not been cleaned and had a pile of dirty sheets on the bed, switched to a different room and the bedside table was broken and the remote to the tv didn’t work so they brought up another remote for us to program to the tv.

The room was very dirty, blinds were broken, and there was no tv remote.

Don’t stay here! My room was dirty. There was dirt on the floor, there was dust on the counters. There was a fluid stain on the dust cover on the bed. There was a urine streak on the wall. When I asked if someone could clean my room or change rooms I was told someone could clean it tomorrow or we have a broom and a mop you can use.

During check in the maintenance man said our room number out loud at least 3 times in a full lobby. The woman during check out was amazing and extremely professional, absolutely loved her. Floor was sticky in the room. After our show we came back to our room and it smelled like urine and BO and we even contemplated leaving immediately. The towels also smelled like urine.
