I love the hotel its always clean and quiet. I have been coming here very often for about two years. The manager, ****, is very familiar with me but sometimes she has an attitude problem. I never give her a problem the past two years Ive been here and sometimes she does give me a nasty attitude but I understand she probably does deal with a lot of BS but she treats me as if I leave the rooms trashy or Ive smoked in the room. Im always respectful with the staff from Managers to Housekeepers and those that come to fix damaged ... read more

The main and most valuable asset of this place are employees. People like ********* can handle such non-luxury objects in the hospitality industry with ease and elegance. Everything was excellent. Everything was equipped the way I expected and I felt I got everything I paid for in a good way. My one chief complaint is that I was unable to take a bath because whoever was in that hotel room before me shaved in the tub and there was still a good amount of hair in the tub making is unsanitary and unusable. Other than the tub part it was a great stay!

Our family needed a place to stay while our home was being fixed. While here we were treated with respect and like family from all the staff. They were helpful and welcoming. Anytime we had an issue they fixed it immediately they even gave great recommendations for food places. We will remember our time there and make sure to come back to this specific location because we appreciate their customer service.

I have stayed at the extended stay hotel since December 31st.Ibhabw my family here and my dog as well until we find another home. Until then this is home away from home. The staff are very friendly. There is one staff that stands out the most Ms ****** , she is very professional and follows all rules. She will follow the policy and procedures of the company. This I can respect because I run a business as well. So I would want an employee like that. I thank the hotel for the comfort and cleanliness.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at the extended stay suites on ****************. One of the GMs named *********, was awesome to help us get the best deal that we could get. She was very friendly and has great customer service skills. Thanks for the great experience of staying at your wonderful motel.
