We booked a room for two nights and prepaid through Expedia. When we arrived, our room had been given away. The hotel staff in *******, *********** was unnecessarily rude, did not offer a refund, or an alternative solution. This is a violation of consumer protection. Once we paid, the hotel is entering into a contract to provide services, whether we booked through Expedia or not. I was staying at the Extended stay in ********, ** on *************. me and my wife had been there for three weeks already and had paid to extend our stay on October 24. After we had already paid for our extension we were locked out of our room. My wife went to get the keys unlocked, as weve had to do at least every two days since being here, and were told that we have to pay a hidden pet fee for not telling them we had pets when we checked in. Paid 700$ for Monday through Saturday .Room had multiple roaches , termites , god only knows how what the stains on the carpet are from . I complained to the front desk , to potentially get my room changed . They gave me a half hearted sorry , and reported they didnt see anything . Its clear whoever owns this hotel does not give a c*** about it . Location , ************************************************ This has an A+ BBB rating ? Extended Stay America was bought for 6 billion , this hotel should be renovated !

It was the most pathetic stay i ever had in any hotel...the room was very smelly (smoke and weed). I stayed there with my family (Wife and 5 year old and a 3 month old) There were visible stains of spills all over the room specifically on refrigerator and furniture. Furniture was also broken. Room was full of bugs (I killed 5 of them before switching the room). New room was the same minus the bugs. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE.

I stayed at the extended stay in spring field ** where I was booked in advance for the stay. Once upon arriving they over charged us over $600 and then stated it was for a pet fee. I had no pet and I talked to the manager to get a return. The manager stated and gave me a print out that I was over charged. The fees in the end was never removed and I have been working with customer service for the last 2 months that has gotten me no where other than more phone calls. I ask for responses from customer service and I get nothing.

However, after inspection, it was determined that there were damages to the room such as, smoking and misplaced linen. These reasons are why there are extra charges on the folio. This is the second time I tried to stay at the Extended Stay in Dundee, ** first time, the front counter employee was rude as ****, but the manager did call me to understand what happened and offered a discounted price, which was great for making up for your rude staff, for some reason I had a person who was helping me check into my room with my belongings being I was going to be staying there for over two weeks, upon checking in, after I paid, the manager approach me and told me the " my husband" cannot stay here, or be on ... read more

Will not stay again at the Extended Stay America ********* on *****************. The experience was horrible. The lock would not work to get in the room. They refused to fix it and did not have another room. The ** went out, and they would not fix that with a temperature in the 100s. It has been two months since this stay, and I have not received a refund. I prepaid for nine nights and only stayed two nights due to the ** going out. I lived at these hotels for 5 months ********************* and Brookfield. And would like to say tosa was like living at a drug house some staff was professional some was not. ******** was the most recist place i have ever been in my entire life slender clerk made it his mission to let me and my family know we were not welcome there had to argue to get tissue and clean sheets lady next door smoked weed all day yet i was treated like the the bad guy spent over 10k in 5 mounths while my house was being worked on if your not wh... read more

Horrible guest experience..Paid for 7day after 2 nights, my personal belongings and clothes were taken and what was taken was thrown in the dumpster. *nly thing company did was refund money from checking in...N*THING WAS D*NE AB*UT MY PERS*NAL BEL*NGINGS, CL*THES, SH*ES, JEWELRY, PERS*NAL ITEMS WAS REPLACED.
