I felt deceived by the photo and what I got. There was no room cleaning service there was no dish ware or towels for the kitchen. The bath towels were rough not soft

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, cookware sets are available to purchase, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. It would be shocking if you weren't expecting this and I apologize that it made for a disappointing stay for you.

They don’t give extra towels, no ice machine, no iron, blow dryer, location not too pleasant.

The place is nice but they only clean every two weeks. It reeked

Thank you for your feedback. We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing.
Greeted by cockroach in bathroom. Mattress was the thinnest, flimsiest I have ever slept on. Worn out towels. Kitchenette with no dishes, glasses, cutlery or cookware. Maid service every 2 weeks! Maid I found in hallway was happy to swap out linen but some difficulty communicating because she spoke and understood next to no English. She was still the best thing about this rat hole property.
