The staff was very nice however the location of this hotel is shady, the ppl who stay there are even worse. The rooms are old . They smell , outdated and the hotel in general was not nice . Would not recommend to anyone maybe my worst enemy

Sold a room when the hotel was completely bimmm

Nightmare! I booked online & was given a confirmation number as well as a confirmation email for my booking. I was in Orlando due to my son‘s first family weekend at UCF. I stopped by the hotel a little early and was told that they could give me the parking pass but the room was not ready, which was fine. I was able to obtain the parking pass and proceeded onto UCF. There was no shampoo, conditioner, and only one available soap bar. My stationary desk was a literal un-cushioned patio chair and table. Had a un-cushioned bed-board too. Was not able to sleep due to constant tapping noise; regardless if the AC was on or off. Finally; disappointed in lack of amenities or breakfast option.
I gave a terrible review because for whatever dumb reason - I had a reservation- tried to check in early they said I couldn’t that is fine. Got a parking pass and left one of our cars there. Told them I wouldn’t be checking in until after 10pm. They said ok. At 7 pm they called to tell me I no longer had a room there even though I had a reservation because everyone had checked in. This made no sense to me. But needless to say I will never stay here again
There were roaches in our room. It was dirty, room had a weird smell- had to go buy a candle & disinfectant wipes to wipe everything down to feel ok about staying 2 nights. Hallway, elevator all smelt horrible. On a positive note, felt safe, but wouldn't recommend.
