Other than the fact that they couldn't find my Expedia confirmation number and having trouble letting someone else check in for me ..Overall it okay. The hotel rooms has a horrible smell though-wish they can change it

I really would Like it if there was a businesses center... also if the laundry room could have more washer and dryers. The staff was very pleasant.

Very basic but satisfactory A very plain place to stay but if you are on a tight budget, need a small kitchen (with full-size refrigerator), and wish to be in that part of town (on Goldenrod, just off the 408), I found this hotel very satisfactory.

If you're a germaphobe this is not the place for you. But if u looking for decent price, then this would be ideal I would just make sure to bring sanitizer, disinfectant spray, slippers and even room deodorizer, your own towels especially and your own blanket. Not saying it's not clean it's just decent, for those germaphobes out there just beware

Filthy dirty inside. Couldn't get a key card to work on the door so had to had staff let us in each time. It happened too 4 other people checking in also. Tried to get my money back but they wouldn't budge neither would Expedia to help. I will never use Expedia again either. 2 times in a week is enough for me. The 1st hotel was a scam i booked on Expedia and they wouldn't reimburse me for either. Pulled up to the address only to find an abandoned and boarded up building. Never again will i use Expedia

Hotel was disgusting, elevator wreeked of cannibis, stains on sheets, no soaps in bathroom, no towels or pillow covers for bed, just disgusting.
