The hotel room is infested with roaches. I had to sleep with my lights on. Even with the lights on, they were walking all over. We hardly slept. The only reason I didn’t go to a different hotel, it’s because we got there late. I am requesting my money back.

Oversold Rooms! I never stayed at this hotel on the night I booked at four because they oversold the rooms. At 1am I was told that I had no hotel room and they had no alternatives. Oddly enough, they keep wanting me to review the hotel.

Yo no me pude hospedar en el hotel, porque estaba lleno, y la Sra dé el lobby me sugirió que llamara para cancelar y así lo hice, hablé con un representante de Expidia y le conté lo sucedido y me dijo que como yo no había pagado en el hotel que todo estaba bien , que no se procesaría el pago de el hotel

Ridiculous Rented me a room that the tv didn’t work the whole time I was there. Didn’t offer me a discount or nothing. Bad seevice

Needs to be condemned Beware of this place. I’ve stayed in some seedy hotels before and this is on the top of the list. When I went to check in, the lady behind the counter looked at me as if I was crazy and said she couldn’t find my reservation. She hadn’t even asked my name yet! When I got in the room, it smelled like urine. The whole hotel smelled weird. During the night, I heard what sounded like gunfire exchange somewhere near the hotel. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a nicer hotel. This one needs ... read more
