The workers were very kind and helpful but it stunk, things were dirty

I have had the worst experience with a hotel that I've booked with you that I've ever had and hoping I can get some sort of reimbursement or credit perhaps. This hotel STUNK so very bad like dogs, I've killed two cockroaches in the room and the guests upstairs loved playing basketball in the room late night and early morning. I'm NOT happy at all about this hotel. Is there anything you can do for me per chance? I've never asked before and I've been a member for a very long time. Please respond when you can and thank you.

The room was disgusting. We checked in late so by the time we realized how dirty it really was it was too late to get our room switched. We ended up going to walmart to pick up cleaning sprays and paper towels. I cleaned the floor it was so dirty the towel was black when inwas done cleaning it. The sink was full of hair, the refrigerator hasnt been cleaned so i had to disinfect and wipe it down. The towels werent even clean. We do not recommend and will not be back.

Got there after booking and they had overbooked so i had no room will not use your Hotel AGAIN

The hotel was filthy. The lobby was extremely small and closed at the time of check out. The towels in the bathroom were stained, the bed sheets had ashes, the room smelled like humidity. The staff was rude and took extremely long to complete the check in process. The elevator floor was full of blood around midnight and stained.
