My door did not lock and the elevator was broken, and the AC was also impaired. The vent above the bathroom was completely rusted, and every corner of the room was covered in some sort of stain or cobweb. The humidity was absolutely high, and the floor was subjective. I will never ever book with this hotel. The staff is barely there at the front desk. They have to be called upon request because they’re under staffed. Don’t book here

Water damage in bathroom-flooding. We saw three bugs on the floor- live ones. The lighting was terrible and only overhead worked. There was a microwave and a sink, but no silverware in the drawer. The water pressure was non existent and the only view was a parking lot. We will never stay there again.

It had a bad smell in this place, and it needs to be updated

The water was good and the air conditioner was good but the bed was not prepared right, It was clean inside de room but outside it was so smelling and a lot of bad odors.A lot of people smoking inside the building and it was disgusted even in the elevators.

No one was at the counter when we arrived to check in also once someone arrived, they issued us a room key that wasn’t activated. Then when we finally got into the room, there was roaches everywhere when I brought it up to the front desk, they said they were booked and we could find another hotel if we wanted it, but they couldn’t refund us

Property was very dirty. You walk up to the property and there's five homeless people sitting outside smoking. Hotel room did not have any complimentary shampoo or conditioners. We found a pubic hair on the toilet. There was also a piece of hair stuck on the wall with packing tape. Rust on the tub, stains on bedding, overall dirty.

The moment I got there I waited for someone to help me check in I heard the whole laughing in the back. My room and the whole second floor smell like mold and Clorox.

Liked the stores close to the hotel. Staff was courteous. Did not like the scent of the hotel. Hallway on 4th floor smelt like fish and urine. Scent permeated through the room.
