This hotel was the worse hotel ive ever stayed in. We came in at night no one was there at the front so i had to use a phone on the wall to dial 0 to reach someone.When they answered, the person seemed just aggravated that she had a customer. Then, she hardly spoke but maybe a sentence to me to tell me what room i was in. When we got to our room, walking through the building, it was gross ,it smelled, and the people that were there looked like they were drug addicts and drug dealers. Absolutely horrible would not recommend , limited staff , filthy bed , stank room , not the same as picture.

The water in the shower didn’t heat, the smell in the hall is terrible, carpet in the hall looks dirty. I was checking out at 6:30 AM, there was nobody in the office to receive the card keys.

Wanted something affordable that would work just for the night, was not satisfied. The AC/ heater sounded like a lawn mower which de-railed us from using it because it was so loud. TV network did not work so we ended up having to watch movies on my laptop. Also there was no washcloths in the room so when I needed one there was not one available. Only good thing about this room was the fact that it had a full size fridge and a microwave. And the price otherwise then that I give it 1 to 2 stars.

Yes we didn’t have rags and customer service was really bad. When I asked for rags they stated I had to wait till 10 am when I had to check out at 10. It was roaches in the room and dead ones in the refrigerator. The room state that it would be a breakfast and that was not provided and other rooms had complaints also. I’m upset I wasted my money and yall should advertise for this room at all

I’ve stayed at extended stays before but this one was probably the worst. Room and bathroom was dirty and the entire 3rd floor smelled like stale cooking oil. Spend an extra 100 and stay somewhere else.

Rooms not clean

This is a low budget hotel with a kitchen in the room, but no other amenities that you typically get at many hotels. (No gym, no pool, no iron, no shower toiletries, no room cleaning.) You have to supply your own cooking basics (pans, dishes, utensils, etc) in order to use the kitchen. Expedia fails to mention this detail. Expedia advertises "breakfast included". This is not true.
