Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes to check in no one was at the front. I wanted check out early 7:30AM and front desk was closed.

It took over 30 mins to get someone to the front desk to check me the phone on the counter isnt even hook up, then tried to charge me twice had to pull up c

First and last time. This would be a good place if you’re homeless. It was an extended stay before and is really disappointing. The room doesn’t feel cozy, the WiFi wouldn’t connect, and I would rather pay more somewhere else. Never staying here again.

I want a refund roach invested dirty rooms they don’t even clean sheets smelled like piss and I found itch cream in the bathroom disgusting

My stay was horrible. The hotel was poorly kept and had Noo wash cloths. Bath towels was dingy, we literally had to buy bath towel set at Walmart. The same gentleman who checked us in seem to be doing a 9 man job. He was the janitor, handyman, front desk attendant. The hotel made our stay horrific.
