Al momento de hacer el chequeo le pedí que me diera una habitación non-smoking y el me contestó que el hotel era Smoke free lo cual me sorprendió xk desde el momento que entré al lobby se sentía el olor a cigarrillo, el elevador, los pasillos olían igual. En otras ocasiones me había hospedado en WoodSpring Suites, las ocasiones anteriores habían sido hoteles en buen estado, muy limpios y el personal extremadamente amable, nada que ver con esta experiencia, definitivamente no me volvería a quedar en ese lugar

After hour check in have very bad service waiting in the lobby. At the moment I wait 30 minutes

That is certainly not the first impression we were aiming for. Since we are more of an extended stay, are lobby hours are limited and differ from that of most hotels. We are so sorry for disappointing you and will make sure that we address this with our front desk team for proper action and resolve.
No staff available at 715pm to check in waited 20 minutes called extension on phone in lobby several times as directed no answer eventually left stayed elsewhere. Very disappointed looked like a low rent apartment building. Worried I would not get a refund.

Front desk close early. Room has no toiletries at all. Call no one pick up nor answer. Horrible service, not as described online.

Unprofessional/Terrible I had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk, got to use a phone to call someone to come to the front desk!!! People fixing cars all night in the parking lot !! I’m 7hrs away from this place if I knew were I was booking I would never book again!! Hall wats had an awful smell

The room walls were dirty with some marks. There was paint splattered in the bathroom walls. There was no lamp. There was a cockroach. The room had a humidity smell.
