Not only did my experience start off terrible from the sounding fire alarm to the non existent front desk attendant. The whole hotel/room smelled like mold and cigarettes our air conditioner wasn’t even working but the one in the hallway surely did. Called 500 numerous times to tell staff and when we got no answer we went downstairs only to be told there was nothing they could do about it and that was on top of them making me late for my event of the night because our room was 100• I am a Florida resident and come to Orlando... read more

Had less noise sleeping in the subway I have stayed at other "extended stay hotels" but this was the most spartan. Amenities were very basic, like Ikea standard desk, little ambiance to the room. It also felt almost prison like with no front desk and a steel roll down gate.
