Terrible service. They did not have anything that they said they did such as a simple hair dryer. It smelled like cigarettes and food everywhere.

We came in to register and to our surprise, there was no receptionist at desk. We had to dial a number to get assistance. When we finally got checked in and went up to the room, the musty and foul smell was unbearable. We requested a change and we got a different room. The carpet on hallways and elevator were very dirty. Terrible experience!

The front desk was pleasant and helped get checked in smoothly. However once arrived into the room the kitchen area was dirty with left behind used soda cans. The bathroom was dirty and stained along with the walls.
