Frequent traveler and never experienced this before. First, had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come down to check us in after calling extension 500 on the wall phone probably 50 times. Other people were also waiting to get checked in. But that wasn't the worst we got our door key went upstairs and as soon as my husband opens the door he steps on a roach!! Yes a roach!! We continue to walk in and roaches EVERYWHERE!!! SO DISGUSTING!!!

The overall hotel was decent when it came to cleanliness, however the hotel staff were very rude. They were reluctant to give you clean towels and bedding when we needed it. Not to mention, our tire was slashed in their parking lot and they were unable to provide us with any name/number for upper management. Oh no --- We are so sorry to hear that you got a bad impression of our hotel before you even got to stay with us! That was not the first impression we were aiming for and we’re sorry we disappointed you.
A stay in the big house would be nicer. Lobby check in looks like the take out counter at a fast food restaurant. Staff is not there 24hrs which resulted in a homeless person sleeping in the Lobby leaving a complete mess. Rooms are barren and devoid of simple amenities like shampoo and hairdryers.

Did not meet expectations It was fine, but for $100 a night it was not worth it. The room was not very nice and I feel like I should have only paid $40-$50 a night for this hotel.

Unfortunately, the place has non-smoking and smoking rooms on the same floors so the halls have a very strong smoke odor. The rooms are not serviced or cleaned daily. They did not supply enough towels for the amount of guests in the room. We called for towels and couldn’t get any until the morning and we had to pick it up at the front desk. Finally, we some small roaches crawling around. This is a place I would not stay again.

I have been traveling for over 45 years and this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in my entire lifetime. From speaking to some of the guests staying there it is mainly used for section 8 housing. I did not care that they had zero amenities, but I did expect to have some soap and shampoo in my room. I have asthma and I requested a non-smoking room which they confirmed they put me in a room that reeked of so much tobacco that I got a sinus infection and very ill.
