I reserved a NON smoking room, turns out they didnt have that when i arrived the property. I was basically stuck at that time because i couldn't find anything else for the price. The whole place smells, not clean at all. Their housekeeping service is once a week.

Terrible There were roaches everywhere there was not enough soap I hated the smell and there were no pots and pans I hated everything

No one to reach in case of emergency or being locked out of your room. The emergency contact on the wall is none helpful since the operators are out of state and can not reach staff near site or out of site.

The property was covered in bugs, and when we talk to the stuff they seemed not concerned in the slightest. I tried talking to the person working (singular) at the time and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it or refund my money.

Lacking the simple amenities Am used to having a coffee maker in room - none here. Also, no ice machine altho you could make your own ice using the ice trays in the freezer - if you had more time. Only one small bar of soap and no shampoo. Overall very disappointed for the price ($90 + tax) for a room with 2 double beds.

Changed my reservation from a single queen to a queen with a pullout. When we arrived two women where checking out very disturbed and making sure they were getting their money back. We thought something very bad had happend to them. We checked in and go to our room to find out it was a smokers room in a smokers and we are non smokers. Horrible experience here. It is possible to request additional services not already included in your rate if that appeals to you. One of our goals is to allow guests to choose and pay for only those services they want so we keep our rates affordable.
Low class amenities. Great for young party kids who want to get drink and just crash.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillow was tiny and flat. Whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and room smelled like mold and wet paint.
