TRhis place was trash. $49 hotel not $110. If you can avoid staying here do it.

I didn’t like the service, not property supervisor at night time, every times we have to go customers services to asked for everything at the room they didn’t clean the room bad services

We made a reservation. We went to the hotel early in the morning to double check when check-in was and to make sure we were booked. They said yes. We come back later, an hour after check-in started, and they said they had NO rooms. They said they can give us two single rooms, which is splitting a mom and her two children, or if we waited longer that we could get SMOKING room. They knew we were booked and coming and didn't give us a room.

After my day at disney i tried to check in at 9:05pm. It was not easy to get to the hotel. The entrance was under construction and there was no signs or litghts to see the entrance. The check in area had a metal pull down window. That was not labled on how to get check in service. A woman who was familiar with the hotel saw us struggling and told us we needed to use the phone and dial 500. At yhat time the clerk open the window. Don't go there Never were in a place só dirty I had booked for 10 nights.... just stayed there first and canceled. Impossible be there Sooo stinky and hair in all bed sheets. Disgusting

Don’t stay The worst place ever room smell like a bar . Dirty sheets ask for new one the gave me more dirty dirty sheets floor wasn’t mop bath tub had nasty red n black stop We dint stay . 10 minutes there was enough for me ! Place need update n better staff Housekeeping , manager , are not doing there job
