DISGUSTING! Never been cleaned. Previous occupant food left on floor. The floor is so dirty it has mold all around, especially in restroom. DO NOT bring your family here to stay. Smells terrible. I don’t think a house keeper works here.

This is not a hotel, it’s more like a Housing Project, people seem to be living there like they own the place. Also like the other reviews say, I had roaches in my room, long hair on the bed and bathtub. Pest control and housekeeping need major improvements. The room next to me and upstairs had their TV’s with loud volume at 2:30 am it’s ridiculous and no one at the front desk, you have to call an extension number and get to many automated messages trying to reach someone. This place is literally crawling with roaches!!! They are everywhere! Dead and alive. On every surface, coming up from the drains, behind the fridge, the hallway. The hallway stunk so bad it made me nauseous. The elevator even worse. The air did not work, but of course by the time I checked in and found all this out, the front desk was closed for the night. Booked for 2 nights, but not staying. Its a shame. I've stayed in many extended stays and never had this experience!

When we arrived at night to check in there was no one at the front desk, we waited 1 hour, we called the number they indicated and no one ever showed up, we had to go to another hotel, how irresponsible

Don’t do it I thought I could handle a cheap hotel for 8 hours waiting on a cruise. There want anyone available to check us in. The smell of the 3rd floor was absolutely horrible. I didn’t sleep all night it was so disgusting. I couldn’t wait to get out. The worst I’ve stayed in. I will check reviews for all my last minute bookings. Never again.

roaches in room hair on shower curtain, dirty floor. red stains on sheet. dismissive staff, no cooking or eating ware, selling cooking and plates and silverware, (but they had them for sale, do they think people on vacation bring that stuff with them.
