The side table was partially broken, the corner of the cooktop was broken, and the floors and walls were dirty. The room stunk like smoke and pot. Everyday I found at least several cockroaches. When we first arrived we were informed we wouldnt get any room service because we werent staying long enough (8days). DON'T BOOK HERE! Came in 15 mins early to check in and told us to come back after 1 hr to 1 hr & 30 mins because they were cleaning the room and still dirty when we came back. The room and hotel itself is disappointing. Room has roaches everywhere. It smells so bad when you enter. Has kitchen but doesn't have anything not even a paper towel. Requested a blow dryer and told us that a customer took it and never gave it back. Can't even request a towel or bed sheet (we stayed 3 days)

The staff was.. competent. But I only saw one lady that checked me in, after-hours. I had to call a number on the lobby phone to summon someone to the desk behind the metal-roll-door. The lighting outside was awful. The ONE light over the front door was flickering in a way the reminded me of a horror movie. The whole area screamed, "I'm in danger." Get what you pay for For a Solo trip where I didn't care about anything other than having a place to myself and getting some sleep. The smells of cigarettes was really bad thru the hallways. The rooms not so much but whenever I opened the door to go in and out , the smell would linger in the room for a long time. A room next across from me had someone going in and out every hour, so I could here the Opening and closing and locking of the door every time. Marihuana smelling place It looked like section eight, the smell of marijuana at the door and the hallways were completely dirty. It was disgustingly ugly. They come with a kitchen and a refrigerator, they don't give you anything. The elevator was very dirty and smelled everywhere. I would never go back to that place.

When i arrived the room was filthy. There were hairs in the tub, sink and on dresser. There was no iron, ice bucket, silver wear or plates. There were only 2 towels for the room when i requested clean towels i was told i would have to go to office at 10. When i arrived at office i was told i had to go get my towels and bring them to swap out. There were roaches in drawers and people in front meeting at 3 am and beyond. Felt very unsafe and had to leave to stay somewhere else. Worst hotel expierience ive ever had!
