Pesimo el sistema de check in hice la reserva a las 6 de la tarde por 3 noches y llegue al hotel a las 8 pm y el Obin estaba cerrado nadie me respondio y me toco irme para otro hotel . Lo peor es que la primera noche la cobraron y yo sin haberme hospedado .
unhealthy and unsafe to stay The room smelled like cigarettes even tho we paid for a non-smoking room. The room has roaches everywhere and even though we complained to the front desk they said they could do nothing about it. When I went to the front desk to check in I waited about 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The hotel is in terrible condition and unhealthy and unsafe to stay.
Uncomfortable The was a very noise building it was hard to sleep. Juan, was awesome !
i walked in and out. i saw 7 roaches in 4 minutes
First of all they didn’t leave any toilet paper and second and most importantly there was roaches all over the room , my son son couldn’t sleep. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been.
Literal roach motel. After 2 minutes we left and checked out.
We can’t stay in the hotel because the unique rooms available was dirty with humans sperms remains in the blanket. The front desk’s guy told me that the money will refund me in 7 days
