Un cuarto olia a humedad a la hora que llegue después de salir de Disney otro cuarto no contaba con las toallas de baño las instalaciones estaban feas la cocina y nevera mal aspecto no recomiendo este sitio me toco seleccionarlo de última hora y por ser dia feriado no hania alternativas pero sin duda no lo eligan el NO es rotundo paredes sucias alfombra vieja

We booked flights for the night. When we arrived, there was no one on duty to check us in. The place was dirty, smelled like cigarettes. Went next door to their sister hotel were someone was on duty. She tried to help but couldn’t contact anyone. While we were waiting, people in two different rooms came down and said there were bugs in their room. Size of horse flies without wings. No one should stay here

Run down, old place This location is was the most run down place I’ve ever stayed in. Normally, your properties are very nice. Even the bedspread of one of the two beds was noticeably much more dingy than the other. The building is in dire need of a refurbishment!

Not happy with my stay, whole building smelled bad , there was blood on the bathroom door. Hallways were so dark at night didn’t feel safe and there was feces smudged on the hall way wall .
