very dirty, changed room 3 times bathroom still broken

The staff was wonderful. They were the only good part of this property. The first room I was in had a clogged kitchen sink, a stove that didnt work, no hot water, and a bathtub faucet that would not turn off so just steadily poured water. The bathroom was NOT clean. I moved into a new room. Bathroom in new room was also not clean and the toilet just stopped flushing one night, so I had to keep running downstaira to the lobby bathroom. Terrible place ti stay!

Toilet was broken for 3 days before anyone came to fix it. Hairdryer never fixed. Originally sent to very dirty room. Some staff were nice, but others were very stand-offish and rude. Having a mini-kitchen in the room was nice though. No access to pool.

Hotel was dirty. Carpets in room were stained, pillow case has nasty staying on it. Hallway stuck like cigarettes. Overall unpleasant experience. Thought about sleeping in my car instead

Terrible Bathroom was dirty couldn’t even sit on the toilet. Wires hanging from the light in the bathroom. Mold in the shower

Go to the property in the front & not the back. We went to the first extended stay, which was the wing one. This property was behind it. No ice machine (the first time I've ever been to a place with no ice machine), no pool, no gym, only a diabetic grab-n-go breakfast (bread galore); I was told that they were out of cream cheese but I can go next door to the other property and get some from there. The only thing this property has going for it is that it is close to the convention, but pales compared to Days Inn and others close by. First there are 3 Extended Stay America's in the vicinity in one case on the same lot a front and a back unit. They are jointly owned but operate independently. Carpeting needed one to be vacuumed and 2 to be scrubbed. Breakfast consisted of a 1/2 glass of water from the juice dispenser.
