Left some stuff in the refrigerator, called a couple hours later to see if I still had the chance to recuperate it without luck, the customer lady at front desk told me housekeeper person are allowed to keep whatever is left behind..I personally think thats not right that's why I will never recomend this hotel to nobody.

We had paid in full through Expedia but this hotel still charged our credit card for our entire stay without our knowledge. We asked for a receipt at checkout but were told they would email it instead. 4 days later we saw the charge and had to call this hotel for an invoice along with disputing the charges with Expedia and my credit card company. Ok I am really disappointed as a customer because I was charge with extra 250$ for smoke in the room and I don’t smoke and I was with my 4 years daughter in the room that’s crazy and when I called for refund the manager said that the room smell like smoke so I tried to explain and he hag me the phone a couple of times I have to call the bank and make a complain I really don’t recommend to anybody to stay there is a shame spend 172 $ for two nights and they come and steal 250$

Great staff but hotel is run down Check in was a nightmare but not the front desk ladies fault. Procedures of hotel and Expedia check in were horrible. Plumbing in room 1 was bad and second room seemed a smoker room. The staff is not at fault I feel and were very friendly and eager to make up for any issues to still make the experience a good one. In my experience higher management seems at fault for creating inefficient procedures and possibly not having funds available for the upkeep of the hotel.

Good hotel There is no room service, and they do not change the towels also. Room was ok
