Rude Staff Booked a queen room weeks in advanced and after checking in, we were given two double beds. I was on a vacation with my girlfriend and wanted the larger bed. The front desk associate was very rude. After contacting Hotels.com about the issue, the associate came to our door and told us that if touched anything, she could not refund us for the room. I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff in my life. Would not recommend staying here.

Everything was nice just had trouble at checkout with the early (6am) staff. Charged us for the night even though we had paid through expedia. When we called expedia they helped us solve the problem super fast and refund the amount the hotel charged double. Also Marcela from the hotel day staff was nice and understanding.
To begin with, I arrived at 11:00 pm and waited 25 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. The attendants excuse was that she was in the other building. Not a good excuse after I have been driving 5 hours to get there and then have to worry about meeting the 12:00 midnight check-in deadline. The location is very good, which is why I have stayed here before; however, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property is in need of improvement. My room needed a deep cleaning. The room smelled nasty. We had to buy a air neutralizer spray and it helped but very little. Also the queen size bed was more like a full size bed

Creepy place I just spent one night so it was ok but everything is really old, the breakfast is a joke, the room was awfull, the water didn’t get to hot, the floor was sticky and the price is really high for this. I do not recommend it.

Checked in and had multiple issues with staff identifying myself and co-worked (despite a confirm through Expedia, the hotel directly and personal visit to the front desk). Immediately discovered many hairs in the tub, not a single cup or glass to drink water, and shower knob did not shut off completely despite a hard crank so the water dripped all night, and toilet clogged after normal use. No Cleaning Service, No Ice Machines! Horrible! This hotel DOES NOT have an ice machine and even worse DOES NOT provide any cleaning service for the rooms unless you stay over a WEEK! I have never heard of such a thing except perhaps in a Third World country. It even has a "Trash" room next to the rooms to stink up the hallway. The room also smelled bad.
