Nothing was unique about this hotel. You had to listen to water drop all night in the tub, they didn’t come clean my room because I wasn’t a seven day guest and I had to ask for towels. I will never stay at a extended stay again

The location is great next to Seaworld. The property is clean on the outside. Once you come in you can tell the property is dated and can use some TLC. The ladies in the front desk were very welcoming. The check in was quick. One thing you notice is the cleanliness of the floors and furniture. I thought well it may be because they are busy location. The service at this hotel was terrible. When they checked us in they took forever because they were screaming and dealing with other business. It was completely unprofessional. Later we called to request extra sheets be brought to the room and the woman said that we had to go down and get it. There was no kind of housekeeping or service. I was stunned by the manner in which they spoke to the guest. There was also an issue with the cleanliness. There was an odd odor throughout the halls, it smelled like wet carpet. So please let me start off with DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!! Quick review: Pricey, Poor customer service, horrible rooms, horrible service overall. I found this hotel through Expedia and it seemed nice and the price was okay for what it had to offer. What I didn't know was that the pictures and reviews were ALL A LIE! Don’t stay here. Room was clean but the overall hotel was not. Wasn’t maintained at all. Breakfast area was nasty. Would never stay here again.

No more E-Stays 4 me Check in was a near nightmare. They are badly understaffed. I witnessed workers walking and/or driving between the two buildings. This is a cheap stunt y’all pull in Orlando having two buildings right next to each other and sharing resources.

Out on the street at midnight. We arrived in the late evening and the hotel was very hard to find. There are 2 different extended stay America hotels right next to each other so of course went to the wrong one first. Once we got to the right Hotel to check-in it took about 20 minutes to check-in because the front desk was dealing with unhappy guests about their rooms.
