Great staff but hotel is run down Check in was a nightmare but not the front desk ladies fault. Procedures of hotel and Expedia check in were horrible. Plumbing in room 1 was bad and second room seemed a smoker room. The staff is not at fault I feel and were very friendly and eager to make up for any issues to still make the experience a good one. In my experience higher management seems at fault for creating inefficient procedures and possibly not having funds available for the upkeep of the hotel.

Good hotel There is no room service, and they do not change the towels also. Room was ok

Terrible hotel Not sure what is worst, the smell as you walk into the hotel or the run down appearance of carpets, walls and rooms. It was a terrible stay. Would not ever recommend this to anyone.

Would not recommend Would not recommend. My mom and I stayed here for 2 nights. The lobby was dirty the whole time. The garbage can in our room had not been emptied from the last guests. The kitchette drawers were full of used bags and garbage from last guests. The key cards didn’t work. Took 3-4 times trying both keys to get door to open everytime we left the room. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! There are two separate properties, DO NOT stay at 6451 Westwood Blvd. The front building is nice and remodeled, then they tell you that your reservation is at the back building...RUN! The room is HORRIBLE, the breakfast is a waste of time, and worst of all they charge you the wrong price. They double charged me for my whole stay (3 days) then told me I would have to wait until the morning to talk to the manager to correct it.
