They dont offer daily room cleaning This hotel does not service the rooms daily. They only clean the rooms every 8th day. I will not stay here if I am with my family. The kitchen was OK buy for every kitchen related equipment you have to go to the front desk and ask. They will make it look like they are doing you a favor by giving you kitchen items or replacement clean towels etc.

Stay at a different hotel! From the start it was a disaster! First; the front desk insisted that we booked only one bed and had me call other hotels in the area to try and find accommodations with 2 beds. When I asked for a copy of the reservation it stated on registration 2 BEDS!! She was wrong and would not even apologize for upsetting me, giving me wrong information or for my time spent trying to book another hotel! Convention Center No ice machines. Front desk rarely staffed.
close to con. center not always best. hotel was hidden behind another hotel with same name. finally able to dig info from clerk that there was another hotel in the back. got to room and bed was not made and dirty towels covered bathroom floor.This was after clerk checked personally to see if the room was clean.
ROACHES/DIRTY/RUNDOWN!!! My family and I were suppose to stay 2 nights at this hotel for Universal studios. I cancelled the 2nd night the next morning after such a nasty and disgusting experience. The hotel looks nice and clean from the outside but inside is dirty and dingy looking. Not even 15 mins of being in my room I noticed that the floor was very dusty and a dead roach was behind the bathroom door. Terrible stay. This hotel is the worst place we have stayed in Orlando. This was an annex behind the main hotel, which looked a lot nicer. The place was awkward to find, dirty, dated, and in major need of refurbishment . I Would rate it at 1 star at best. Choose somewhere else.
Hotel is very basic, breakfast is awful and stale Not a great experience. Basic mid to low range lodging.

Stay away from 6451 Westwood Stay away from this hotel, if you are looking shuttle to theme park. Let me explain you what was the sequence of event. 24-Dec night:- employee suggest to go to main hotel and catch the shuttle for theme park as this hotel is located at back of main hotel. 25-Dec:- we missed our shuttle and went Magic Kingdom by our ranted car and due to on that day Park did not charge for parking. 26-Dec:- We tried to reach the main hotel and raised our hand to stop the shuttle on the way .
