Not great, but okay as a place to sleep one night It was a bit confusing to find the correct building, because it is located behind a different (nicer) hotel of the same name. The room wasn't terrible, although it had a bit of an odd (peanut buttery?) smell and definitely could stand to be thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom. Book at your own risk The hotel was mediocre. The staff was rude and lack customer service etiquette. The room cleanliness was poor. I stayed 5 nights without my room being cleaned. You have to ask for clean towels. The free breakfast is less than complimentary. I will not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

HORRIBLE STAY!!!!!! The stay was bad, I was there with my husband and two kids. When I booked the room, I asked for two beds. When I arrived I was told that the room only had one bed. I was told that they are completely booked, with an attitude. we got to our room and was immediately assaulted with the smell of cigarettes. My five year old said, mummy the sign says no smoking, but this room smells really smokey. DISAPPOINTED CAME IN LATE FOR MY 2 NIGHT STAY DID NOT CHECK IN UNTIL 2PM FIRST NIGHT. AFTER I GOT UNDRESSED AND READY TO TAKE SHOWER FOUND SHOWER HAD BEEN USED RECENTLY. SHOWER, WALLS, AND CURTAIN WAS WET AND DARK BLACK HAIR IN SHOWER. NO SHAMPOO. CALLED FRONT DESK THE PERSON OFFERED TO CLEAN AND REPLACE BUT I WAS TOO TIRED TO DO SO AND UNDRESSED FOR SLEEP. Disappointed... I probably would not stay here again. The biggest issue we had with the room was that it was not as clean as we would have liked. The toilet bowl seriously needed a good scrubbing and the nightstand surface was very dirty. I went to call the front desk but the phone was not plugged in so i had to find the cord behind the nightstand. The nightstand light was also not plugged in and i had to find that behind the bed and plug that in as well. Then i noticed only one of the two light bulbs worked. Almost comical ... read more

Disappointed This stay left a bad taste for me. When we got into our room, there was no toilet paper in the room. My 12 year old daughter called down to the front desk and the response from the hotel employee "then come down here and get some yourself". Not impressed at all with the hotel staff.

short stay I was only there one evening, however, your staff was rude, I stood there at least 10 minutes before they even looked me in the eye and acknowledged that I was even there, twice, both Monday and Tuesday. The room smelled of smoke, there was no soap in the bathroom, there was no coffee pot. Really, I have not been in a hotel room for 15 years, that did not have a coffee pot in it. The floors were sticky. I would never go back to your hotel.
