DISAPPOINTED CAME IN LATE FOR MY 2 NIGHT STAY DID NOT CHECK IN UNTIL 2PM FIRST NIGHT. AFTER I GOT UNDRESSED AND READY TO TAKE SHOWER FOUND SHOWER HAD BEEN USED RECENTLY. SHOWER, WALLS, AND CURTAIN WAS WET AND DARK BLACK HAIR IN SHOWER. NO SHAMPOO. CALLED FRONT DESK THE PERSON OFFERED TO CLEAN AND REPLACE BUT I WAS TOO TIRED TO DO SO AND UNDRESSED FOR SLEEP. Disappointed... I probably would not stay here again. The biggest issue we had with the room was that it was not as clean as we would have liked. The toilet bowl seriously needed a good scrubbing and the nightstand surface was very dirty. I went to call the front desk but the phone was not plugged in so i had to find the cord behind the nightstand. The nightstand light was also not plugged in and i had to find that behind the bed and plug that in as well. Then i noticed only one of the two light bulbs worked. Almost comical ... read more
Disappointed This stay left a bad taste for me. When we got into our room, there was no toilet paper in the room. My 12 year old daughter called down to the front desk and the response from the hotel employee "then come down here and get some yourself". Not impressed at all with the hotel staff.
infestation Killing roaches for two nights, infestation is all i have to say
short stay I was only there one evening, however, your staff was rude, I stood there at least 10 minutes before they even looked me in the eye and acknowledged that I was even there, twice, both Monday and Tuesday. The room smelled of smoke, there was no soap in the bathroom, there was no coffee pot. Really, I have not been in a hotel room for 15 years, that did not have a coffee pot in it. The floors were sticky. I would never go back to your hotel.

awful room and itchy hotel My experience at this hotel was awful. The staff was not that inviting...the room smelled awful the whole weekend and then they only turn down the room once a week ewwww...it was like staying at a motel...actually i had a better experience at super 8...don't waste your money
Don't.... just, don't. Staff extremely rude. Bed had other people's hair on it and there was a pizza box with uneaten pizza crusts under the bed. Cheap, but don't bother.

Our one night stay in Orlando. I am sorry to say it was not what we expected. Our bed was so uncomfortable we didn't get any sleep. Plus did not realize the hotel was so close to interstate and could hear every truck that went by. The windows seem to be single pane. The bathroom had water on the floor from where the toilet was leaking. We had to put a towel down because it ran across the floor. The tub also dripped non-stop.
