Just servicable This hotel is advertised as newly renovated but it didn't have that effect. Materials that were used were the cheapest possible and put together everything looked flimsy and bit depressing. Not what I was looking for on vacation but the room was serviceable for the short time we spent there while visiting the parks.

Thumb down!! I would not return to this hotel again. My non-smoking room smell like smoke. The trash was not empty. Address this issue to the front desk, he wanted me to justified to why I did complain about this earlier when I check in. Not good customer service. I did get another room, even though it was clean, the room is very old and dated.

super bad The bathroom super dirty, toilet with scratches inside that make looks it is always dirty, the bath's water always licking can't close it completely; breakfast only until 9:30, I didn't like it at all.

Horrible stay Hotels.com messed up my reservation, I was suppose to have a double bed room and they gave me a single bed. I tried to get it corrected and they wouldn't correct it and wanted me to pay an extra $100 to get a double bed. Crazy!
Cleanliness Our stay was for 3 days but the bed was too small and the kitchen was not equiped with anything. We had to use the rinse cups in the bathroom to drink soda with our meal. I also had drop something under the bed and my husband went to lift it and I found an empty liqour bottle under there. Everytime you walked into the hotel room you smell sunflower seeds. Cleanliness was fair
Not Clean and Very Old It is okay to stay here. But it is not clean and smells Bad. There are two extended stay on Westwood Blvd , the one at the front looks good and clean ( new one). Unfortunately I got the one which on back side it is very old and smells bad. better make sure which one you reserve. I didn't get the hotel for the price I paid.

Is ok, The staff are great, help you with everything. Breakfast is really good. the only thing is they should invest a little more in the cleaning of the rooms/bathroom. the toilet and carpet are disgusting.
