담배냄새와 바퀴벌레 모든방이 흡연가능한 호텔입니다. 그래서 담배찌든 냄새가 납니다. 싱크대에서 바퀴벌레 한마리를 발견했고, 침구에서는 다른사람의 머릿카락이 있는 것으로 보아 침구류 교체를 하지 않는 것으로 보입니다. 욕실 환풍기에는 먼지가 가득했습니다. 그것 말고는 깔끔한편이라 예민하지 않은 남자 여행객에겐 좋을듯합니다. 조식은 편의점빵 같은 것입니다. 좋은점은 호텔바로 앞에 i-ride 25번정류장이 있습니다. 디즈니와 유니버셜로 가는 셔틀이 있으나 입장시간보다 느리고 픽업시간이 파크 닫는 시간보다 빠르기 때문에 추천하지 않습니다.그리고 셔틀은 무료가 아니고 권장 유료입니다(기사팁) 다음에 온다면 돈 조금더 내고 좋은 호텔에 묵겠습니다

Just a place to sleep. Awful smell on the 3rd floor. Gross hair all over clean towels. It was just a place to sleep. First two days no cereal during breakfast because they ran out of milk.

Misrepresentation of Hotel &Poor comfort & service It has been by far the worst experience ever. I will avoid booking hotels through Hotels.com website. The first hotel I booked using the first confirmation # 128376009525 (Hawthorne Suites) was not the same hotel that was shown in the website pictures. Customer service manager Angelo was pretty good in listening to my issue and gave me a new reservation at Extended Stay. Disappointing for an Extended Stay We booked for 4 nights as we were working in the Orlando Home Show. We should have seen red flags when we went to the Extended stay in the front of our extended stay thinking that is where we were booked only to find out we were in the hotel in the back. It was an original Extended Stay. To get your bags in you needed help because there were no electric doors. We were put on the third floor. When we got off the elevator the smell was overwhelming. Would not stay there again The positives were its close proximity to the convention center so I could walk there and the free breakfast. The room smelled of a horrible perfume. During my 3 night stay, the room was not cleaned once. There was also no hot water one morning. Would not stay there again.
this is the second time I have stayed at an extended stay and the room was OK. My biggest complaint is the room smelled musty which was being masked by cleaner and deodorant.
