The rooms require a lot of maintenance. Old and stained sheets. Dirty and smelly carpet. Old and deteriorated furniture. Strong smell of cigarettes and cannabis in the hallways. Housekeeping never came to organize the room. They didn't even change the towels. I chose this hotel because of the kitchen but it doesn't even have a spoon. In addition to the fact that the kitchen floor could only be walked on with sandals due to how sticky it is. There were two towels for three of us. The tv did not work. The dresser had two broken drawers and the top was dented banged up and broken. The room was musty and smelled. No shampoo in the shower. No hairdryer no extra blankets. It was awful

Location is great. The room we had was a hot mess no cold water roaches and manager not a nice person at all. Ill never stay at that property again. Sketchy people hanging out front doesnt feel safe at night

La verdad las condiciones de la habitación son bajas, el aire acondicionado no servía, se encendía y apagaba a cada rato, el compresor hacía mucho ruido lo cual era difícil descansar. Lo más difícil fue men la mañana cuando abrimos la llave de grifo y la ducha, el agua salía negra, tuvimos que dejarla abierta por un buen tiempo para que el agua saliera normal. Bad check-in & no breakfast When we arrived to check in, the guest service attendant said that our room was sold out even though we had a paid reservation. She told us to call Hotels.com to see if we could find another hotel because even though there was another room with smaller beds she didn't know how to give us the room.
