The lobby was ridiculously small looked like a booking station at a jail. Room was not ready at 7:30 Pm. Was told it would be 45 minutes come back. This was definitely a no frills hotel. Was clean.

We got in late and no one was there so we had to call a number to get someone to come in and let us check in which wasnt too bad but the whole process took close to an hour and when we finally got in our room there was still trash and hair in both trash cans the bed was made like the covers had been changed but when my wife checked they had not been there was hair everywhere in the bed and one of the pillows still had nasty sweat stains from the person that was there before us and when i went to the desk to tell the lady she... read more

Being that we are more of an extended stay - we offer limited front desk hours. We know that this is not what most guests are used to and apologize for any inconvenience that this caused because of this, along with the issues with the cleanliness. We work hard to improve the guest experience and will use your feedback to do just that.
We stayed on the 2nd floor the room could’ve been cleaned again. The floor was dirty and the bathroom had stuff on the ground. About 9pm to 1am it sounded like the guests upstairs were moving furniture around. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom vent. Long story, great location but it’s noisy and there are some interesting people that stay in this hotel. It’s not family friendly in my opinion.

Unhappy The rooms were dirty, floors especially. No maid service at all. We had to change and make our beds ourselves. We we're booked in for 8 nights and when we asked for more towels we were told it would cost extra. The wifi was slow and the free wifi only allowed 2 devices. The towels were dirt stained. The kitchen area had tiny bugs everywhere. I asked for a refund to move to another hotel, the manager wouldn't approve it. Not going back again.

Location was good, hotel was okay aslong as you don’t need anyone at the front desk except between about 1pm - 3 pm. The rest of the time you’re out of luck. I spent a week here and it was this way almost every day. House keeping only comes once every 14 days, and you can only exchange towels during lobby hours( which are definitely not the posted hours)
