Customer service was awesome comfort was terrible the pillows flat and cheap,water not hot enough and guests above us dragging chairs most of the night and walking around you could hear every step

Horribly designed and constructed building. No carpet, hard floors that transferred sounds of chairs and footsteps. I was there 3 nights without one good night's sleep. Think you're getting a kitchen? Think again. Nothing but the appliances. NOTHING, not even a coffee maker. I traveled across the country for 2 weeks this trip and this was the ONLY place without a coffee maker. READ THE FINE PRINT

nauseating smells on the halls and bedroom. A mix of smoke and many other unpleasant odors.

I arrived at 23:15. The check-in counter was locked.There was a sign to use the lobby phone and dial ext 500. It did not work. I wound up calling the hotel # using my cell phone. It was answered by someone with Extended Stay call center. They got ahold of the property and said someone would be with me shortly. Long story short is it took me over 1 hour to get checked in. I do not like that at all.

We asked for a smoke free room and it was nothing but smoke inside. Im allergic amd had ro take 2 benadryls the attendent was extremely rude. If we didnt have to get a hotwl due to pipe issues i would never be here and want a refund immediately

Not a good experience. How can a 4 story hotel mot have an ice machine. The two uncomfortable chairs were really old.

Sketchy after dark Smelled like it was a fish fry at a halfway house. There was lots of people staying there that live there. Year round if you’re looking for luxury this is not the place for you or me. parking lot gets a little sketchy after sundown along with the neighborhood. Atmosphere comes off more like a halfway house
No breakfast even thought Expedia advertises it does. Refrigerator doesn’t work. Dusty room, smells very old. Friendly lady working there.
