Ac did not work in any of the four rooms management was very rude didnt want to do anything about it but wanted to complain about dogs barking when we had muzzles on them and they were in kennels they had other people with dogs scratching on Doors and tried to blame on ours smoke filled first floor one night cause someone burnt popcorn and we had to call 911 and no alarms went off until fire alarm was pulled they evacuated the whole building and had smell of weed all on the first floor as well very dirty place we will not st... read more

horrible crack house This place is basically a crack house that rents by the week and by the month. never stay here. was fooled by online pics and price.

This place was about as minimal as you get. No iron, no maid service, you had to go get clean towels and sheets, No pool, no nothing worth the money. I will never stay there again.

This place was gross! It was so dirty! We didn’t even stay. We checked out and found a different place to stay! I will never recommend this place to anyone

This stay was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived at the hotel, asked if it was possible to check in a little early. The man at the front desk was instantly rude and said “no”. We then asked if we could store two small duffle bags in the area behind the counter, he replied “no and the more you come back here, the longer it’s going to take for your room to be ready”. Toilet running constantly, tub running water constantly. NO response to my message to the front area. Stovetop dirty, and looks like it was from the 50's Sheet on one bed stained, dirt under each bed Bulb missing in bathroom, kitchen exhaust doesn't work Elevator cab not cleaned the entire stay Extremely over-priced for the conditions found.

There was no housekeeping daily, you paid for 2 extra towels 2 wash cloths, and a floor mat daily, paid extra for a coffee pot, paid extra for an iron, ironing board and blow dryer. Very disappointed in the place.
