It was dirty, no service from staff at all. Didn’t provide any type of cleaning or towel exchange. The bed had a dip in it and I had to pay for any decent Internet connection. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was free.

I did not like staying in a handicapped room. I am not handicapped and I did not reserve a handicapped room.

BAD PLACE TO STAY When we booked it was for a queen size bed. The lady checked us in and did not say anything. I even handed her my printout from Hotels.com. We stayed on the 4th floor. Got to our room and it was 2 double beds. I told my husband to back out because we did not want to contaminate a room that would have been cleaned. We go back downstairs and lady says its all they had. I asked to speak to manager she said she would let him know. Back upstairs we settle in. The front desk guy was rude. The hotel didn’t have irons, ironing boards, batteries for the remote, nor did they have ice. The guy was so rude about it. I will never stay there again. I’d rather pay $499 a night somewhere than to ever choose this place again

Would never stay in one of these properties.again. NO amenities, not a comfortable chair, no clean towels, terribly overpriced at $150 a night, had to go and buy our own Paper products.

After arriving we had to wait a hour and half just to get to our room. Internet service was allow for one individual and additional devices was extra. No coffee pot in room and had to go down to asked for a iron

TERRIBLE PLACE Not a place to go for the orice you pay. I would pay $10 for this kind of place. Totally dirty. It is a suite but no utensils. There is sand everywhere on the floore. No cleaning. You pay for everything including Towel, Napkins etc. Water force is so low that it take a while to get the bath. Overall terrible DO NoT GO HERE.

outside looks way better than the inside. This place was not cleaned well! Our toilet was clogged and slowly drained, there was a used Q-tip behind the bathroom door and stains on the floors around the beds. The comforters on the bed was old and dated. We will not be staying here again. Overly priced for a mediocre establishment.
