Avoid at all costs This is in terrible shape and they treat you like you are in a prison. No towels in the room and when we asked for them, they wanted to search our bags. When we did get towels, they were stained and disgusting. Do not stay here.

Many people with pets living there long-term. There was dog urine in the elevator several times and the entire building, and our room smelled like pets and mildew.

I deliver semi trucks from state to state and had to deliver a truck from Texas to Pensacola. The greyhound to get back to Georgia(which is where I live) left early so I needed a room last minute. The room was terribly disgusting! Literally black hair all over the floor, bed, and couch. The young woman at the desk was sweet but told me she was going to clean the room for me, when I walked in, that wasn’t the case. I won’t stay here again.

The people who work here are amazing! Kind and helpful. My room was awful. The floor was soaking wet and I slipped and hurt my back only 1 minute into my stay. I tried to clean up the water with a towel and it was black by the time I got the water up. They offer no coffee or a single way to make it yourself in the room. My belongings were damp and smelled of mildew just from being in the room.

The mold was so bad I couldn't breathe in there and the staff was not very friendly. Charged an additional $100 deposit upon arrival. Will never book with them again
