Weed and smoke throughout!! No complimentary breakfast as advertised. Service is limited! Beds are tiny but i am sure one person live in rooms! Just get a better hotel by payong more!!

Smoke alarm sounding all night long. The room two doors down had a smoke alarm sounding at midnight waking me up. Called the desk to report it. 2:00 still sounding alarm couldn't sleep called again. Nothing done about it. Checking out, still going off. Couldn't sleep!

This is not a place to go for vacation. This place is only for people who need affordable housing. The conditions of our rooms were as if we stayed in someones house who did not expect guest. Spit and food and wax and other substances on floor. And counters and floors sticky. Mold in bathrooms . Front staff moved us to new room stating it looks clean in my option. HORRIBLE I will NEVER stay here again. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, that is the ONLY good thing I can say about this place. There was no toilet paper in the room when I got there, bugs crawling around in the room, there was still old soap crusted up in the soap holder in the shower, the rooms and hall smelled awful, and the mattress was completely sunken in on the right side. Didn’t find out until I got to the property that the elevators were broken, a lot of people hanging outside of hotel. I had little girls with me and I felt very uncomfortable to have them there desk clerk gave me no problem cancelling reservation

Elevator not working had to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor I’m disabled I would like a refund I hurt myself walking the stairs this is something I should have known before check in I’ve been disabled for 14 years and I specifically picked this room because it has a elevator

Property is acceptable! ORBITZ was awful!! Half of reservation was unfunded by ORBITZ. Hotel would not allow check-in until ORBITZ funded the hotel. I was required to call ORBITZ, wait, wait, talk to off conus customer service (awful) waited for customer service to find reservation, then waited again to hear back from customer service. 35 minute check-in, UNACCEPTABLE!
