Disgusting, not clean at all, as soon as we walked in the room, smelled like Clorox and mold and the beds were dirty with yellow stains and bathroom had pelvic hairs on toilet and bathtub and white stuff on bath tub and floor!! Boogers on the wall too!! It was absolutely disgusting, we weren’t even there for 5 min and ask for a refund immediately!! Room was clean, but it smelled heavy with mold and there was mold actively growing on the ceiling in the bathroom

Nightmare I'm not sure what happened. whether it was the hotel or the app. They did not comply with what was offered. I paid for a junior suite and they wanted to give me a room with only a full size bed. I've never seen a room with a bed that size. After long hours of driving I thought I would go to sleep. but not. It is unbelievable, Hotels.com did not protect us and left us abandoned without doing anything for us

First I don't like paying for WiFi Second there was no menchon of a $100 Security deposit until check in. Past that is ok sort of

Upon arrival, there was limited staff available to check if our room was ready. The room was partially cleaned, with fresh linens and a dirty bathroom. While in our room, another guest unlocked our door with her key, as she was booked in the same room we were already in. Overall poor experience.
