Room was spacious, bed comfortable, a bit loud as it is on a busy street. Room could use some updating, but it was clean. Breakfast a bit sparse but at least there was one. Expensive, but I guess that’s par for the course on a weekend in Phoenix.

Property offers the bare minimum. Check in- straight forward, not the friendliest staff Breakfast- coffee and a muffin Room- small soap to wash your hands Fitness room- one elliptical and treadmill Bed & sofa bed- you can feel the springs on both Pool- not heated

Like an average motel It was like average motel...room floors were sticky and dirty. The breakfast had minimal things.
