ESA Phoenix Not the nicest place. didn't even have an ice maker on property and no utensils in the kitchen.

To ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites. Motel was beautiful from outside but inside was dated and had stained carpets and couch. The neighborhood was a little rough. Definitely not somewhere I would feel comfortable staying without my husband with me.

Decent rooms, good service. "Breakfast" was crap. It consisted of coffee and muffins. This should not be counted as "Breakfast". I expected greater comfort from an "Extended Stay". I certainly would not stay here for more than 2 or 3 days tops. Hot water was not hot, cook top and dishwasher but no dishes. Overall, just okay.

Ok for the price The room was a good size but the layout was strange. There was only 1 trash can for the room and it was in the bathroom so a little inconvenient. I was hard to find a parking spot upon returning to the hotel and we had to park on the opposite end and walk to our room
