I wasn't impressed. That was my first time at an extended stay. I'm glad it was only one night. The gal at the front desk was great, but I won't ever stay at another one.

Room was really dirty and with a bad smell, like smoke of cigarettes or something else, restroom light won't even turn on, mold on floors, even cockroaches... Worst experience ever

I made reservations prior to arriving. Office was closed when i arrived to check in. 15 mins later after waiting I told the room I reserved was no longer available and the only room they had left was a room with a npn working television. It was 10p.m at night so I didn't mind. I was tired and had to work the following morning at 5 a.m. I finally was all checked in and went to sleep the following morning i woke up for work to no running water! There was only one way in one way out. The place was dirty and drugs were bought in the parking lot at 9 am. Horrible

Terrible stay Terrible stay and dirty. Patti the front desk receptionist was ghetto and rude. Nothing but homelessness around the building. Super sketchy place to stay
