Not clean. Lack of shampoo and conditioner.

The front desk could not find our reservation until we went back in with phone in hand showing the reservation. Homeless man in the lobby bothering us so we returned later to check us in. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady at the front desk was pleasant enough after she found our reservation. I guess you get what you pay for.

Rough budget hotel.

Vanessa, was very rude and unfriendly. That’s why we didn’t stay would not recommend don’t come here !!! Save your money and go to a hotel with better customer service

Booked a room late at night because me and my husband were in need of somewhere to stay for the night and when we got there we were told we couldn’t check in because it was too late. Mind you I had already called their customer service and the man I spoke to told me that even though their office closes at 10pm they keep somebody on duty for people who are checking in late. Bad customer service When I arrived I was looking to bathe and there were no dry off towels only a foot towel and two was cloths no tissue I called and was to meet at front lobby which closes after the evening and the attendant tells me it was towels in the room I told her she can come up and see she gave me an attitude and shut the lobby window down on me with the worst service I’ve ever gotten I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once and I’m completely needing a credit for the service alone never got any towels this was th... read more
