This "hotel" is actually a low rent apartment type building where people actually live here. Very shady characters. There is no actual lobby only a set of doors like a sally port. And this is the only way in. I did not actually end up staying here after checking in and viewing my room and the property, I promptly asked for a refund and checked into a hotel 3 miles away. This is a smelly hotel and the room was awful. The bed was noisy, lumpy, and uncomfortable.

Dirty sheets the 1st night of check in. They almost did not want to change the sheets. Towels were dirty. They had roaches. Tub and shower curtain dirty. Just nasty

Not coming back First the room was super small. Theydo not provide any plates, cooking pans, cups, silverware. NOTHING! You can buy them from the front desk and take them home. Our bathroom had chips in the tub and side of the shower walls. The bed was not comfortable. The other guest next to us and above us were extremely loud and obnoxious.

Unsafe and Unsanitary, Would NOT Recommend! We stayed in Peoria overnight for a baseball tournament, but from the moment we walked in, the hotel was disappointing. There was a strong odor, and the walls, floors, and doors were dirty and grimy. Our room had bugs, and we noticed fur at the bottom of the door jambs. The hotel felt extremely run-down and unclean.
