I was told at check in a charge would be applied to change out sheets if requested, but I could get extra towels if needed. When requested I was told this was an additional charge as well. Poor communication from their staff, one for one exchange of towels was offered by houskeeping if I exchanged them at desk, that was not the case.

Tv didn't work, waited 30 mins to check in and then tried to check out no one was up front. Says you can exit from any door but alarm sounded

The room was comparable to somewhere between a dorm room and a jail cell. Do not stay here. How does management and ownership morally walk through these halls and rooms proudly is beyond me
