The smell is overwhelming Came in for my sons baseball tournament. The hotel served its purpose…somewhere to sleep. The property had an awfu smell in the halls. We held our breathe and hustled to an exit everytime we left. The room had a faint lingering smell, but nothing compared to the rest of the property. I felt safe in the area and we didn’t experience any bugs. Definitely not an ideal place, but again it was a bed to sleep in when we weren’t on the baseball fields or running around town.

I received my room completely a mess. Mattress was on the floor and not made, furniture scattered around. Not very pleasant to walk into.

Parking was probably adequate, but they only let us use the front door, so I either had to bring everything thing in st once and leave it by the desk unattended or else make multiple trips from the back of the building. There was only one luggage cart , apparently in use. And the clerk didn’t know where it was. Clerk wasn’t very congenial. Room only had soap, no shampoo.

We got late from my 18 hr drive, they did not have my room ready because of the system was down waited for long time to get my room, the room was not clean, definitely I would not stay at this place ever, bad customers service

Worst Extended stay I’ve ever stayed in. TV didn’t work and they refused to move us to a room with a working tv. Manager wasn’t onsite and when I requested a call from her, the front desk clerk called me and said her manager refused to call me. Hotel is poorly managed and wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.
