We originally booked to stay a whole week. After the first night we could not stay. We did not feel safe, no one at front desk, strange cries and moans from next room, bugs and hair in bathroom. I got out of there as soon as I could with my 3 kids. Expedia worked well with me to try to recoup some of the money I spent but to no avail. We were much happier somewhere else.

Honestly my mind is completely blown. I can’t even begin to understand what I had to go through at this property tonight. I’m beyond disappointed and I’ll leave it at that.

Was turned away even with reservations cause to many dogs there and didn’t not get to stay been living in my car cause they did not inform me about that ahead of time

Key cards stopped working suddenly and no one around to help. Had to stay elsewhere and they refused to give a refund. Smelled horrible too.

I couldn’t even check in because nobody was at the desk and I still got charged for a room I didn’t even stay in I had to drive home 4 hours away exhausted

I would not recommend this hotel...was dirty very noisy lots of tweekers transients room dirty tub has a hole in it...i asked the housekeepers if they could mop and sanitize and deoderize the room and she said sorry no..room smelled like wet dog inside..very noisy till 3am 4am kids and adults yelling and screaming..parking lot not safe i had to be armed all night with people just sitting in random cars watching all who parked..staff not friendly or helpfull window always closed..just a very bad experience here...if i could i... read more

We were very disappointed. Although it was adequate like the bed was comfortable enough, had tv and WiFi but the bathroom did not have hand towels, only wash clothes and body towels and there was not a coffee pot or lamp in room.
